Orders can be placed directly on this site, and by email or ‘phone. Our office hours are 9 – 4 Monday to Thursday.
Payment
Payment by most credit/debit cards and cheques is accepted. Note that higher value cheques may need to be cleared and so can take up to 10 working days. Cards are only charged when we have the goods ready to send. It is helpful to have email, or daytime contact details so that we can handle errors or shortages efficiently.
Security
We only keep card details as long as necessary to ensure transactions have been completed correctly. Payment data is held by approved online payment providers (Lloyds Bank Cardnet), collected through their secure payment gateway.
